Spencer has managed business oriented projects involving finance, investor relations, resource management, and business administration. Moreover, he has gained valuable business knowledge and experience in a field that was previously unfamiliar by learning quickly in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
A soon-to-be graduate of Indiana University, Andrew brings youthful energy and excitement to the Breakwater team. Before joining Breakwater, Andrew worked for the Global Business Institute and Global Social Entrepreneurship Institute at the Kelley School of Business and was responsible for mentoring students from Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Andrew's entrepreneurial spirit started at a young age when he launched his lawn care business, and continues today with his support of the Breakwater Chicago team.
Ebony's experience is in Management Consulting and Fundraising. Prior to Breakwater, Ebony was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company where she was responsible for developing growth and operational strategies. She began her career as an investment banking analyst in Citi's Private Equity Funds Group where she spent two years raising capital for private equity funds and hedge funds. After this role, she spent time in Investor Relations. Ms. Blue completed her university studies at Ithaca College and has an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
At Breakwater Andrew was responsible for contributing to the design of the vessel and managing investor relations. Additionally, he gained experience in operations, finance, and management structures of a start-up. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute Technology.

With this in mind, Anastasia has brought to life big scale event projects for companies in different industries: oil & gas (Gazprom), spirits (Pernod Ricard), entertainment (Nickelodeon), banking (Sberbank) working all over Europe: UK, Germany, Russia, France, Norway. Being Project Manager at IBM Anastasia has led a team of engineers to create business solutions for Smarter Cities in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
At Breakwater, David was responsible for creating and making changes (to current webpages) for the company's various webpages. Additionally, he gained valuable skills such as programming development, website functionality testing, SEO, and website improvement.
